Independent arrival and hotel check-in

     FLIGHTS are not included; independent travel should be arranged to join the tour which begins in Abu Dhabi and ends in Dubai.

This exclusive itinerary is limited to a maximum of 16 participants, excluding staff and guide/s. A minimum of four (4) participants is required. ​Tour is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 years.

Saadiyat Island

Mid-morning departure for Saadiyat Island and a visit to the Louvre Abu Dhabi.

An early evening tour of the magnificent Zayed Grand Mosque.

Day 2 | Sunday, 29 December


Visit Qasr Al Watan, the UAE's Presidential Palace. Tour Abu Dhabi's art galleries including Etihad Modern and Warehouse 421.

Dinner this evening with an Emirati guest.

Day 3 | Monday, 30 December


Check-out of Abu Dhabi Hotel after breakfast and depart for a tour of the Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital before transferring to Dubai via Al Quoz and the Alserkal Art District.

Day at leisure. There are numerous New Year’s venues in Dubai for gala dinners, beach parties and cruises. Fireworks Displays take place at the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Festival City, Atlantis The Palm, Qasr Al Sultan, Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah. Alternatively, head to a public beach for a free viewing of spectacular fireworks.

Day 5 | Wednesday, 1 January


Morning at leisure.

Motor tour of Jumeirah including the Mosque, Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis Hotel and the Boardwalk before a relaxing afternoon on  Jumeirah Beach.

SECOND LARGEST of the seven Emirates, Dubai has been rated fourth in the world on CNN's list of "10 Great Places to Spend New Year's Eve". This holiday itinerary features seven nights stay in Dubai aboard the QE2 Hotel and a leisurely afternoon at Jumeirah Beach on New Year's Day.  

In addition to Dubai, this tour includes visits to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. Five of the seven Emirates will be visited. While the occasion is the festive holiday season, central to the theme is heritage, culture and traditions of the UAE. Attributes of this very modern country, its people and the visual arts of the region are woven into the program.

Umm Al Quwain's Sinniyah island is home to the third largest Socotra cormorant colony in the world.

Ajman controls the island exclaves of Al Manama, near the Hajar Mountains; Masfout, which passes through Oman.

The Five Emirates

  • ABU DHABI, the nation's capital is home to the magnificent Zayed Grand Mosque, the new Louvre Museum and the world's first and largest Falcon Hospital.

  • DUBAI boasts the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, located in Downtown Dubai, the venue for just one of six New Year's Eve fireworks or laser displays in the Emirate. 

    • At the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding (SMCCU) a cultural meal is enjoyed while chatting with Emirati hosts about UAE culture, customs and religion. No topic is off     the table.​

    • The Etihad Museum, located next to Union House, site of the declaration of independence and 1971 signing of the document that created the United Arab Emirates.


  • SHARJAH is home to numerous important museums. Among those to be visited is the Museum of Islamic Civilization, which holds thousands of rare Islamic artifacts.

  • UMM AL QUWAIN's marine life is remarkable for its abundance and diversity.  Blacktip reef sharks patrol the outer shoreline, while green turtles are ever present. 

    • Between Al-Sinniyah and the mainland is Khor al-Beidah, an expansive area of sand and mud flats of international importance for its waterfowl.

  • AJMAN, in terms of land area, the smallest of the seven Emirates at 100 sq. miles. 

    •  The Al Zorah Nature Reserve of mangroves is home to nearly 60 species of birds.


  • The itinerary includes leisure time for independent exploration.
