Mid-morning departure for Saadiyat Island and a visit to the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
An early evening tour of the magnificent Zayed Grand Mosque.

Day 2 | Wednesday, 29 December
Tour Abu Dhabi's art galleries including Etihad Modern and Warehouse 421.
Visit Qasr Al Watan, the UAE's Presidential Palace; experience the Palace in Motion sound and light show on the past, present and future.
Dinner this evening with a few expatriates.

Day 3 | Thursday, 30 December
Abu Dhabi | Dubai
Check-out of Abu Dhabi Hotel after breakfast and depart for a tour of the Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital before transferring to Dubai via Al Quoz and the Alserkal Art District.
Check-in aboard the QE2 later in the afternoon.

Dubai | New Years Eve
Day at leisure. There are numerous New Year’s venues in Dubai for gala dinners, beach parties and cruises. (Must be booked early.) Fireworks Displays take place at the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Festival City, Atlantis The Palm, Qasr Al Sultan, Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah. Alternatively, head to a public beach for a free viewing of spectacular fireworks.

Day 5 | Saturday, 1 January
Late morning motor tour of Jumeirah including the Mosque, Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis Hotel and the Boardwalk before a relaxing post-New Year's Eve afternoon on Jumeirah Beach.

NEW DATES Originally scheduled to open in October 2020, the event was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The fair runs from 1 October 2021 through 31 March 2022; however, the branding remains the same.
Three Thematic Pavilions premiered 22 January -10 April 2021; opening five days per week to a limited number of visitors. The first to debut was Terra, The sustainability Pavilion followed by Alif, Mobility Pavilion and Mission Possible, Opportunity Pavilion.
DUBAI, second largest of the seven Emirates, has been appeared fourth in the world on a CNN list of "10 Great Places to Spend New Year's Eve" and also previously listed by Lonely Planet among the top ten destinations.
This holiday itinerary features three nights stay in Dubai aboard the QE2 ocean liner, now a floating hotel, and a leisurely afternoon at Jumeirah Beach on New Year's Day.
In addition to Dubai, this tour includes the first stay in the nation's capital, Abu Dhabi, and later an excursion to the Emirate of Sharjah.
While the occasion is the festive holiday season and tickets for Expo 2020, central to the theme is heritage, culture and providing a truly authentic local experience. Attributes of this very modern country, its people and the visual arts of the region are woven into the program.

ABU DHABI The nation's capital is home to the Louvre Museum, the Zayed Grand Mosque and Qasr Al Watan, the UAE's new presidential palace, now open to the public. The itinerary includes a tour of the world's first and largest Falcon Hospital and dinner with expatriates.
DUBAI New Year's Eve 2021 & Expo 2020 A Cultural luncheon meal while chatting with Emirati hosts about culture, traditions and religion takes pace in the Al Bastakiya District at the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding (SMCCU). No topic is off the table. The Etihad Museum tells the story of the formation of the UAE. The world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, located in Downtown Dubai is one of six New Year's Eve fireworks or laser displays in the Emirate.
SHARJAH Known as the cultural capital of the UAE, offers numerous important museums. Among those to be visited is the Museum of Islamic Civilization, which holds thousands of rare Islamic artifacts, the Sharjah Art Museum, Calligraphy Museum and the Sharjah Archaeology Museum.
